DRIPPR – Shipping Policy

2–8 Hour Express Delivery in Delhi NCR

At DRIPPR, we are committed to delivering your fashion essentials the same day with fast, reliable, and transparent delivery timelines.

1. Same-Day Delivery (Orders Before 7:00 PM)

All orders placed before 7:00 PM are eligible for 2–8 hour express delivery.

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 8 hours from the time of successful order placement

  • Coverage: All eligible pin codes within our active service zones

  • Tracking: Real-time tracking available after dispatch

2. Orders Placed After 7:00 PM

Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

  • Next-Day Delivery Window: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Delivered in the first batch of next-day shipments

No exceptions will be made for orders placed after the cut-off time.

3. Delivery Availability

  • Currently operational in Delhi NCR (Phase 1)

  • Expansion to additional cities will be announced soon

  • If the entered pin code is outside our serviceable area, customers will be notified automatically at checkout

4. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery Fee: Free within our permitted delivery range

  • Additional delivery, fast-track, or priority charges may apply for:

    • Out-of-range locations

    • Peak demand periods

    • Special delivery requests

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable during delivery:

  • The order will be cancelled immediately

  • Any refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping & handling charges

6. Order Verification

For high-value or potentially fraudulent orders, DRIPPR may contact customers for:

  • Address verification

  • Identity confirmation

  • Order validation

Delays may occur if verification is not completed promptly.

7. Delays Due to External Factors

Delivery timelines may be affected by events including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather

  • Traffic jams or police barricades

  • Festivals or public holidays

  • Operational disruptions

DRIPPR will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed about unavoidable delays.

8. Final Authority

DRIPPR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or adjust this Shipping Policy at any time to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
